Our story began ten years before the company

We started in 2008 as a sole proprietorship and worked across more than one sector before settling the question: events are our craft.

2018
Incorporation

The business moved into Rodyan for Art Production, and audited financial statements began.

2024
The focus decision

Events reached 70% of revenue — we closed the other lines and kept asset rental.

How We Operate

One enterprise system runs everything we do

From opportunity to invoice, our entire operation runs on a single enterprise resource system.

01

Opportunity and client management

Before award: every opportunity is logged in the CRM the moment it is spotted, and follow-up, proposals and pricing move through defined stages up to the award decision.

02

Project management

Every event has one operating dashboard: line items, phases, budget, risks and team — updated in real time through close-out.

03

Procurement governance

Pre-qualified suppliers, a mandatory formal purchase order before any commitment, and full linkage between line item, cost and supplier.

04

Evaluation after every project

Every supplier is rated after each engagement through a standard survey — and the results govern the next award decisions.

Completed project dashboard — 100% completion across all line items, every phase marked "finished early"
Project in delivery — 37 line items distributed across the phases, workflow matching the plan
Live opportunity pipeline — from qualification to award
Formal purchase order — every line item with an approved supplier, quantity and cost
